Refunds & Exchange

· You can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order.

· Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

· Some items, such as food and treats, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

· If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will be happy to exchange it for the correct item or offer a full refund.

· Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

· Refunds will be issued using the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.

· Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

· We will provide instructions for returning the item, along with a return authorization number if needed.

· Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returns and exchanges, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

· Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
